Manchester City vs Paris Saint-Germain

Man. City goals: Riyad Mahrez 11', 63'

PSG red cards: Angel Di Maria 69' 

Riyad Mahrez added to his goal from the first leg with 2 in this one. The Algerian winger's brace in the snowy conditions of Manchester were enough to see the English team to their first-ever Champions League final in their history. PSG shamelessly went down to 10-men when Angel Di Maria stepped viciously on Fernandinho.

Chelsea vs Real Madrid

Chelsea goals: Timo Werner 28', Mason Mount 85'

Chelsea gave Real Madrid the blues as they paved their way into the final. Timo Werner headed the easiest goal he'll ever score this season to open the lead. Mason Mount, who has had a stellar season, notched in the second goal of the game and put the tie beyond the reach of the Spanish team.
